At HiPer Haus, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for most unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • It has not been installed or used

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Please note, a 15% restocking fee may apply. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing fault:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Provide clear photos and a description of the issue

  • We will offer a replacement, repair or full refund, as appropriate

We may ask for the item to be returned or inspected before issuing a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom orders or specially sourced items

  • Used or installed products

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

Return Process

  1. Email us at hello@hiperhaus.com.au with your order number and reason for return

  2. Await confirmation and instructions from our team

  3. Package the item securely and return it to the address provided

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
