High Performance Home — Wynn Vale
Working with Enduro Builders, we installed a Zehnder ComfoAir Q350 MVHR system with ComfoTube ducting run within a Pro Clima Intello airtight dropped ceiling — keeping all ductwork inside the thermal envelope. We also supplied and installed a Reclaim Energy CO₂ heat pump hot water system.

High Performance Home — Middleton
A high-performance home on the Fleurieu Peninsula built by 35 Degrees South in 2025. HiPer Haus designed and installed the Sabik MVHR system to deliver controlled fresh air ventilation throughout the home.

Passivhaus Plus Display Home — Mount Barker
Designed and built by Enduro Builders to demonstrate that a Certified Passivhaus can be achieved in Australia using locally available materials — without importing windows. Opened to the public as a display home. HiPer Haus supplied and commissioned the MVHR and CO₂ heat pump systems.
