What we provide
MVHR System Coordination
We work with your building team to coordinate MVHR ductwork installation — from design drawings through to on-site guidance. Early engagement prevents costly conflicts with structure, services and insulation.
Passive House Project Support
We understand the Passive House planning process and work with PHPP modellers, certifiers and builders to ensure ventilation and airtightness requirements are met. Certified Passive House Tradesperson on every project.
Airtightness Strategy
Help develop an airtightness strategy from early design — including airtightness layer detailing, penetration management, and material specifications — to set projects up for successful blower door testing.
Blower Door Testing
Independent blower door testing at mid-construction and final stages. Results and reports are provided in a format suitable for Passive House certification and NCC compliance.
Design Review
Review architectural or construction drawings for MVHR feasibility, airtightness risks and mechanical coordination. Ideal for architects at early design stage or builders planning a new project type.
Commissioning & Documentation
Full system commissioning with documented airflow readings, unit settings and balancing data — ready for handover to the homeowner and for certification purposes.
