Overview
The ComfoAir Q350 is the smallest in Zehnder's new-generation ComfoAir Q range of residential heat recovery ventilation units. Its unique diamond-shaped counter-flow heat exchanger recovers up to 96% of heat while keeping pressure drop, noise and power consumption low. Integrated temperature and humidity sensors let the unit respond automatically to changing conditions for low-maintenance, trouble-free operation. It is certified as an official Passive House component by the Passivhaus Institut, making it a default choice for Passivhaus and high-performance builds across South Australia.

Filters & maintenance
Clean filters keep incoming air fresh, protect the heat exchanger and keep the unit running efficiently. Most units need replacement filters every 6–12 months depending on the model and local air quality. We supply the correct filter sets for the Zehnder ComfoAir Q350.

The ComfoConnect Pro is a Modbus, internet and app interface that brings your ComfoAir Q into the smart home. It connects to the unit wired (ComfoNet and LAN) or wirelessly over WiFi, enabling local and remote control through the free Zehnder app, plus direct integration with home-automation systems such as Loxone and SmartPlace and a connection to the Zehnder Cloud.
