Project overview
A Certified Passivhaus built by Enduro Builders in 2024. HiPer Haus designed, supplied and commissioned the Zehnder ComfoAir Q350 MVHR system, with ComfoTube ducting run within the ceiling, and supplied a Reclaim Energy CO₂ heat pump hot water system (installed by the builder's plumber). We also provided airflow data and commissioning information for the final PHPP certification.
