The Zehnder ComfoAir 70 is a compact mechanical ventilation unit with heat recovery, designed for apartments, granny flats and smaller dwellings. It provides balanced, continuous fresh air with efficient heat recovery in a small footprint — a practical decentralised solution where a full centralised system isn't required.
This unit can be paired with an optional sensor control board, so it adjusts ventilation automatically based on conditions in the room — no manual switching required. Two options are available:
An optional sensor that automatically boosts ventilation when indoor humidity rises — for example during showers or cooking — then eases back once levels settle. A simple way to keep moisture and condensation in check without touching a switch.
Combines humidity sensing with CO₂ monitoring, automatically increasing ventilation when either rises. Ideal for bedrooms, studies and busy living areas where CO₂ can build up — keeping the air fresh and supporting better sleep and concentration.
